Naturally. I turned my research to the internet and started googling. Bingo! I located a product by SANSI, a 60-Watt Equivalent A19 800 Lumens Dusk to Dawn Automatic On/Off LED Light Bulb Daylight in 5000K with Photocell (2-Pack).
Product Overview: SANSI's Rugged hollow housing design, imported premium led chips and patented ceramic heat dissipation technology ensure excellent heat dissipation and long-lasting performance. The 5000K daylight comfortable glow provides no harsh-glare healthy light. Flicker-free, no buzz or noise.
The reviews (110) were favorable, and the bulb came with a 5 Year Warranty. I was also happy to see that one of the reviews said, "Works at -25 F here in Minnesota".
Installation Steps:
Read the instructions.
Use a step ladder.
Remove old bulb.
Clean light fixture's glass
Set the On/Off switch on the bulb.
Screw the SANSI bulb into the light socket.
Tip #1: Make sure that your light fixtures have clear glass and not colored.
Tip #2: Don't install light close to a competing light source. It may interfere with the On/Off functionality.
Now for the piece of resistance!
Most break-ins happen at night under the cloak of darkness. Outdoor light fixtures are a really effective deterrent.
With our dusk-to-dawn light there's no need to manually flip the porch light on. We are comforted knowing that our home is illuminated when returning home at night
